Painted Hills beef marinated in soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, chiles, Worcestershire and molasses. Grilled. 

Stuffed Squash 

Gorgeous vegan entree with brown rice, edamame, kale, garlic and mushrooms.

Yukon Gold Mashers 

Butter yellow potatoes with cream, salt and pepper.

Early Summer Salad 

Caruso Farms organic mixed greens, local cherries and apricots. Basil-walnut dressing. 

Farm to Table Grilled Veggies 

A beautiful spread of summer's best veggies, straight from local farms. Zucchini, peppers, asparagus, yellow squash, eggplant and more.

Macrina Bakery Bread Basket 

Rosemary, kalamata and sourdough breads with Chef Maria's garlic-herb whipped butter.

FAMILY STYLE MEAL

Churrasco Chicken 

Draper Valley chicken seasoned with paprika, parsley, oregano, garlic and lemon juice. Grilled and drizzled with Churrasco sauce. 

Tequila Lime Wild Salmon 

Seared wild salmon marinated in tequila, lime juice, zest, chiles and olive oil. Finished with cilantro-lime honey butter.

Black Bean and Sweet Potato Enchiladas

Chile roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, caramelized onions and house made ricotta. Topped with poblano mole sauce, crema and queso fresco.

Abuelitas Rice 

Beautiful rice pilaf with sauteed tri color bell peppers, onions, cilantro and freshly squeezed lime juice.

Sauteed Veggies with Cumin and Garlic 

The season's best veggies straight from local farms - zucchini, carrots, peppers, and more - with olive oil, garlic, cumin and chiles.

Local Greens Salad 

Organic baby lettuce from Caruso Farms, radishes, rainbow carrots and toasted sunflower seeds. Fresh citrus vinaigrette.

Draper Valley chicken thighs cooked in Seattle dry cider-mustard sauce with garlic and onions. 

Beef Tenderloin Medallions with Rosemary 

Herb seared and slow roasted tender beef. Served with reduced Pinot Noir-shallot sauce. 

Portabello Mushrooms with Chick Peas 

A beautiful vegan entree your meat eaters will envy. Roasted portabellos with balsamic-pepper marinade. Slow cooked chick peas. House made vegan demi glace drizzle.

Local Root Vegetables 

Embrace the season with local beets, parsnips, potatoes, carrots and yams - oh my! - with garlic oil and sea salt. 

Orzo Salad Bowl 

Roasted sweet potatoes, garlic braised local kale and gorgonzola. White balsamic dressing.

Fennel and Apple Salad 

Embrace the season with this spinach and baby kale salad with local shaved fennel, sliced apples, cranberries. Honey-thyme dressing.
